The Veritas Information Classifier 3.1.0 provides the following enhancements and new policies.

Transparent policies

This release introduces new category of policies called Transparent policies. Transparent policies provide visibility into the policy keywords and logic. This makes them fully transparent and help users know exactly what triggers a hit during classification. Users can granularly modify, add, or remove classification criteria within a transparent policy by simply creating a copy and then editing the copy.

Enhancements in Information Classifier

This release also includes the following enhancements:

• Enhancements under Policy Details page:

  • Last updated information for all built-in policies and for custom policies that are created by copying transparent policies.

  • Version information is also provided for transparent policies.

  • Origin policy information (version, policy name) for custom policies that are created by copying transparent policies.

• Supported languages used for keywords under built-in Pattern Details page.

• Improved accuracy for Sentiment analysis engine.
