By default, reports are saved for 7 days. You can modify this purge interval.

To modify the purge setting for reports

  1. Navigate

    Settings (menu bar)

    Under Product Settings, click Miscellaneous

  2. Under Reports Retention Policy Settings, enter the new value for the purge setting and save the setting.
